Scott Bemis

A constant reminder of how fragile life is and the importance of living it to its fullest is what we have witnessed with the community support of Scott Bemis in his life and in his death. His courageous battle was a testimony to the impact we can have on those we serve as coaches, administrators and teachers is as Henry Adams stated, "A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops." Certainly that is the case with Scott Bemis. Let us all reflect on the impact we have with the students and communities we serve.

As we are saddened by the news of the loss of Scot Bemis, Notre Dame Preparatory teacher/coach, let us celebrate his courage and the positive impact he has obviously had on so many at NDP and the influence he has had on a generation.
