DIVISION II

First Round: Tuesday, Nov. 4

High Seed (6:30 pm)

Ironwood Ridge (15-1) will most likely be the top seed.

Catalina Foothills (12-2) beat Sahuaro (14-2) Thursday night to solidify a top four spot.

Sahuaro won section championship and should be ready to host a first-round match.

Salpointe (14-3) is on the edge for hosting.

Cienega (14-3) won their last seven section games in a row to move into top eight.

Tucson High (12-4) is in but looks to travel.  With so many Southern Arizona teams hosting, the Badgers might get to play in Tucson.

Canyon del Oro (10-6) is on the edge. Could be the 16th team…..

DIVISION III

First Round: Friday, Nov. 7

Prescott Valley Event Center (noon or 2 pm)

Safford (10-7) and Empire (14-3) are the only Southern Arizona teams in. Since there is no hosting in Division III, both will travel to Prescott Valley next Friday.

DIVISION IV

First Round: Thursday, Nov. 6

Prescott Valley Event Center (5 or 7 pm)

Thatcher (14-1) is a favorite to win it all.

Tombstone (12-4) is on a six-match win streak.

Willcox (11-4) will gladly make the long drive to Prescott.

DIVISION V

First Round: Friday, Nov. 7

Prescott Valley Event Center (8 or 10 am)

Desert Christian (16-2) lost 3-2 to St. David (13-3) on Thursday night. The Eagles were hoping for a top seed with the first two rounds taking place on the same day. St. David comes up with huge win.

The Gregory School (13-3) has a strong position in the top five.

Academy of Tucson (9-6) will be watching the bracket show for sure. Too close to call.
